A CONVICTED sex offender, wanted in Moldova to serve a sentence for a sex attack on a woman, has been arrested in the UK. Maxim Vitalii Cosnicean, 36, of Wanstead Lane, Ilford, east London, was arrested on an international arrest warrant and brought before Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 10 2025.
