You send a migrant back, bring another here, send back, bring here, move them all around.. You do the one-in-one-out and they might come back...

AN ILLEGAL migrant, who was booted out back to France under the Labour Government's one-in-one-out pilot scheme, has reportedly returned to the UK on a small boat.
The Home Office has refused to confirm it, but said a migrant was under detention with their removal being arranged swiftly.
The man was one of just forty two people sent to France under the scheme launched in August which sees the French take illegal migrants in return for another one, sakid to have been vetted.
The man is understood to be an Iranian national who was initially detained on August 6 this year before being removed on September 19.
He came back on October 18 and is understood to be claiming that his life was under threat in France from people smugglers so he is being assessed as a potential victim of modern slavery.
He said: "They took me like a worthless object, forced me to work, abused me, and threatened me with a gun and told me I would be killed if I made the slightest protest."
A Home Office spokesperson said: "We will not accept any abuse of our borders, and we will do everything in our power to remove those without the legal right to be here.
"Individuals who are returned under the pilot and subsequently attempt to re-enter the UK illegally will be removed."
