Three Romanian men charged with conspiracy to burgle buildings appear at in Kingston Crown Court

THREE Romanian men charged with a conspiracy to burgle buildings by breaking in today (omorrow, Friday, August 14 2026) appeared in court.

Sergiu Plastin, 42, of Portadown, Craigavon, Laurentiu-daniel Nitisoara, 38, from the Hackney area, but of no fixed abode, and Ioan Lingurar, 39, from Calder Gardens, Edgware, Brent, appeared at Kingston-upon-Thames Crown Court tby video link from HMP Wandsworth.

The three each face two identical charges that:

  1. They conspired to commit burglary between May 9 and July 18 2026 by conspiring together to

    enter buildings as trespassers with the intention to do unlawful damage therein;

  2. They conspired to commit burglary between May 9 and July 18 2026 by conspiring together to

    enter buildings as trespassers to steal therein.

The charges follow an investigation by the Met Police.

At today's hearing the three were due to plea to the charges, but the case had to be adjourned due to at least one of them being unable to have a conference with their defence barrister.

The case was adjourned until later this month.
