Prisoner on the run after escaping through hospital window - Met appeal to find Andrew Waters

A PRISONER is on the run after fleeing from custody through a hospital window.

Andrew Waters, 45, from Wandsworth was at St George’s Hospital in Tooting on Friday, after being arrested on a prison recall to finish the rest of an earlier sentence for burglary.

A Met Police spokesman said: "While at the hospital, Waters made off from custody by climbing through a window. Enquiries are ongoing to trace him."

Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to call 101 quoting ref 4010/18nov.
