MOST WANTED: Police appeal for help to find Youssouf Bamba who failed to appear in court after poking tongue out in custody image

POLICE are seeking help from the public to locate this man has has been described as being on Kent Police's "most wanted" list.

Youssouf Bamba is wanted for failing to appear in court, according to the force.

A police spokesperson said: "He has links to Canterbury. If you see him, call 999 quoting 46/10583/25.

"You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or complete their online form."

Police have not released details of any offences he has been charged with. UK News and Investigations has asked for details of his nationality.
