Met PC 'Kim K ass' beauty queen whose home 'contained drugs during EncroChat raids' is dismissed

A MET PC beauty queen, who taught people how to get a 'booty like Kim Kardashian or J-Lo' while she was suspended from the force, has been banned from ever being a police officer again.

On Tuesday, 1 November, PC Rasvinder Agalliu, 45, a married mum of three based at the Central West Command Unit, was found to have breached the standards of professional behaviour in respect of honesty and integrity; discreditable conduct; duties and responsibilities and orders and instructions after class A drugs and cash were found at her home and a cannabis factory was discovered an a second address linked to her.

The misconduct panel heard that on 25 June 2020, Met police officers executed a search warrant at the home address of PC Agalliu in north London.

A number of items were seized including class A drugs, drugs paraphernalia, a large quantity of cash and a Metropolitan Police radio.

On 25 October 2020, police officers executed a search warrant at a former address of PC Agalliu.

A number of items were seized including body armour belonging to PC Agalliu, a set of handcuffs, items of uniform and a set of case papers and interview discs relating to PC Agalliu’s investigation of an offence.

A large number of cannabis plants under cultivation were also found at the address.

PC Agalliu, who had 19 years of service, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

The raids were carried out as part of investigations into alleged users of EncroChat encrypted phones following the hack of the system by French and Dutch police in April 2020.

A Met Police spokesman said: "After hearing all of the evidence the panel, led by an independent legally qualified chair, determined that PC Agalliu should be dismissed without notice.

"A file regarding the criminal matters had previously been passed to the Crown Prosecution Service who decided the case did not meet the evidential threshold for prosecution."

Chief Superintendent Owain Richards of the Central West Command Unit said: “This officer’s actions were a gross breach of the trust afforded to them by the people of London.

"PC Agalliu has quite rightly been dismissed and there is no place in the Met for officers who behave in this way.

"We are determined to get rid of any officer who fails to meet our standards and ensure that they can never work in law enforcement again.”

PC Agalliu. will now be added to the Barred List held by the College of Policing. Those appearing on the list cannot be employed by police, local policing bodies (PCCs), the Independent Office for Police Conduct or Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services.

PC Agalliu forged a fresh career as a TV and film extra, model and personal trainer during her suspension.

In a YouTube video, which has now been removed, she told viewers how to "create the perfect booty".

She was this year also crowned Miss Enfield in the UK's National Miss pageant competition classic category.

In the YouTube video aimed at training the "glutes" uploaded a year ago, she said: "Today I want to talk to you about how to get the Kim K ass and the Jennifer Lopez ass. That's what motivates me when I am working out.

"So when I'm off in the park or in my outdoor space exercising every single day I have a vision of how I want my booty to look."

She also said she was a police officer in the video.

Before the misconduct outcome, she described the proceedings as "unfair" and shortly after the first search in June 2020, she suggested it was racially-motivated.

She said at the time: "As far as I'm concerned it's racist. I have (been in) the Met police for 17 years of service and this is how we as a family, who have tried our best get treated. I have had no support from the police. They left me vulnerable. I want Justice."
