LOEIKE GUEI MURDER: Two more arrests in investigation into burning body found in Mitcham
TWO more people have been arrested over the murder of Loeike Guei whose burning body was found in Mitcham.
A 30-year-old man was arrested today, Wednesday, September 30, on suspicion of murder and perverting the course of justice and remains in custody at a west London police station.
A day earlier, a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, but following an interview, he was later released with no further action.
The investigation was launched after the body of Loeike, aged 23 from Thornton Heath, was found on fire in Commonside East, Mitcham, south London, on Thursday, September 17.
This investigation is led by homicide detectives from Specialist Crime.
Two men have previously been charged with Loeike’s murder and have already appeared in court.
