LOEIKE GUEI MURDER: Second man charged over burning body found in Mitcham

DETECTIVES investigating the murder of Loeike Guei, whose body was found on fire in Mitcham, have charged a second man.

Aaron Williams, 28, of Warwick Gardens, Thornton Heath, Croydon, south London, was charged in the early hours of Sunday, September 27 with murder and possession of an offensive weapon. He was arrested on the evening of Friday, September 25.

He remains in custody and will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court tomorrow Monday, September 28.

Raphael Kokkinos, 33, of Polworth Road, Streatham, south London, appeared in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 25 and was remanded to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, September 29.

The body of Loeike, aged 23 from Thornton Heath, was found on Commonside East in Mitcham, Merton, on Thursday, 17 September. It was on fire when found.

This investigation is led by homicide detectives from Specialist Crime.
