I'm a Celeb's Lord Brocket charged with rape

A celebrity Lord who appeared on season three of I'm a Celebrity has been accused of two counts of rape and a serious sexual assault.
Lord Charles Brocket, 73, today, 30 August 2025, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court to faces two charges of rape against a woman in in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham on August 10 this year.
He faced a third charge of the sexual assault of the same woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, in the village of Warbleton in East Sussex on May 5 this year.
Lord Brocket, also known as Charlie, appeared under his real name of Charles Nall-Cain Brocket.
The aristocrat's address was given as a £1.4 million apartment in Fulham.
Brocket was not asked to enter pleas to any of the charges, but the court heard he denies the allegations.
District Judge Louisa Cieciora granted him bail with conditions including a GPS tag-monitored exclusion from coming within the M25.
A plea hearing has been set for 26th September 2025 at Isleworth Crown Court.
A Met Police spokesman said: "Brocket was arrested on Friday, 29 August on suspicion of rape and charged on Saturday, 30 August.
"The rape charges relate to an incident involving a woman that took place in the early hours of Saturday, 10 August in Fulham. The matter was reported to police the same day.
"The sexual assault by penetration charge relates to an incident on Monday, 5 May in Warbleton, East Sussex.
"The victim is being supported by specialist officers."
He came fourth in the 2004 series of I'm a celebrity, appearing alongside Katie Price, Peter Andre and Kerry Katona, who went on to win the show, and went on to publish the autobiography Call Me Charlie in September that year.
The following year he hosted the ITV game show Scream! If You Want to Get Off, and went on to present Privates Exposed, a behind-the-scenes programme for Bad Lad's Army, on ITV2.
He is the 3rd Baron Brocket and son of the late Ronald Nall-Cain and Elizabeth Trotter.
He became a baron aged just 15, inheriting the rundown Brocket Hall, upon the death of his grandfather Arthur Nall-Cain, as his father had died when he was just nine.
He went on to convert the hall into a hotel and conference centre and in 2007, he launched Brocket Hall Foods, a range of groceries.
The Old Etonian served in the 14th/20th King's Hussars as a Lieutenant in Germany and was known in the 1980s and 1990s for a love of classic cars, owning up to forty-two Ferraris.
