EXCLUSIVE: Former Church of England Canon charged with GBH amid allegation of cutting tip of man's penis with scissors

A former Church of England Canon has been accused of GBH amid allegations that he used nail scissors to cut into the tip of another man's penis.

Geoffrey Baulcomb, 79, (above) from Eastbourne, is alleged to have caused injuries to the victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, to the level that could not have been consented to in January 2020.

It is also alleged that the act was filmed on a mobile telephone.

Baulcomb appeared for an initial hearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court, when no plea was entered, and the case was adjourned to the Old Bailey.

Baulcomb, who was formerly the Vicar of St Mary the Virgin Church in Eastbourne, is due to appear at the Old Bailey for a further hearing next month.
