EXCLUSIVE: Forensics on scene after man attacked in own home during burglary

A man was attacked in his home after intruders broke in, police have confirmed.

Police vehicles and a forensics van were seen outside Dane House in Denmark Road, Camberwell, in the early hours of this morning, February 27, 2025, as revealed by our sister @NewsAddictClub TikTik account today.

A man was treated at the scene by the ambulance service.

A Met Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a suspected burglary at an address in Denmark Road, Lambeth, at around 21:30hrs on Wednesday, 26 February.

“A man in his 20s, who resided in the property, was attacked. He received treatment at the scene from the London Ambulance Service and was later taken to hospital. His injuries were confirmed to be non-life-threatening.

“No arrests have been made at this stage. Police are now investigating and forensics remain at the scene.”
