BREAKING NEWS: Significant delays on M2 after pedestrian struck on carriageway

Drivers are warned of significant delays on the M2 in Kent following a serious collision involving a pedestrian on the coastbound carriageway.

The collision happened at around 8.10pm on Wednesday 20 November, between junction 5 near Stockbury and junction 6 for Faversham. Police and other emergency services are at the scene and the coastbound carriageway is expected to remain closed for several hours.

Motorists are advised to plan alternative routes and are urged to check for travel updates on the Highways website.
