Essex News and Investigations Opinion

These knife and sometimes gun murders are happening at such an alarming rate these days in London and other towns and cities across the country, that they are not always registering anymore.

People turn the page or click on the next story without reading.

Newspapers and websites don't cover them as intensely as they used to and each murder blurs into the next one.

These killings, often due to drugs turf issues or tit for tat between gangs on social media, need to be quelled somehow.

The ages of the victims and perpetrators are often just in their teens from 15 or younger to early 20s.

It is a sad state of affairs that people are starting to see daily killings on the streets in this country as part of normal everyday life.
