A WOMAN has been accused of having a £500 hairdo at Selfridges before leaving without paying.

Martina Krenz, 31, appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court to face one charge of making off without paying after the pricey treatment at the famous London department store.

Krenz, of no fixed abode, is alleged to have dodged the payment on Tuesday.

The case was adjourned for psychiatric reports and to assess her fitness to plea.

She was remanded in custody to reappear before the same court.
